I know, I had to pinch myself too! 

This is SUPER exciting for me as it's something I had on my wish list for this year. I even told a friend of mine it was one of my intentions...."get featured in Psychologies"....actually I might have said I wanted to write an article for them, fingers crossed for next time!! 

The article is in their 'dossier' section and talks about my personal journey, how I've come from a place of hating my body and an unhappy relationship with food to where I am now- uber relaxed around food, and an accepting place regarding my body. I've honestly learnt so much and I want to share it with the world, particularly with those who struggle. I've been there.
