WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING?
It's been a very busy couple of weeks! We've had International Women's Day and yesterday I was lucky enough to be back on BBC Radio Bristol chatting with Dr Phil Hammond. It's always a pleasure speaking to him. This time it was all about Mindful Eating and recent Public Health campaigns to reduce calorie content in foods.
